Basketball training is for players looking to maximize their individual skills by focusing on ball-handling, shooting, passing and defense. Improving these skills ensures a player scores baskets, leads their team and has quick decision-making. Training sessions will be catered to the unique needs of each athlete.

  • Ball handling: To be more efficient at ball handling, players need to have a wide grip on the ball for better coverage and control. Protect the ball at all times and eyes up!
  • Shooting: Proper form and constant practice is the only sure-fire way to become a great shooter. Your feet are your foundation and provides balance. When preparing to shoot, a player’s elbow should stay close to the body. Eyes stay on the target and your fingers follow through to the hoop.
  • Passing: Passing is the quickest and most effective way to move the ball around the court. The more passes, the more of a challenge it is to defend.
  • Defense: Basketball is not all about offense. Players that prevent their opponent from scoring are equally as valuable as players that score. Being skilled at both, make athletes well-rounded players. Anticipate the ball, remain balanced and effective body coordination improve a players defensive skills.

Basketball Training Pricing

Individual

One-on-one training sessions:

  • $40 for 30 minutes
  • $80 for 60 minutes

Group

Clinics for a group of 10 players maximum. One hour session for $20 per player.
